AdAmAn Alley Grand Opening Celebration

After more than two years of visioning and planning, six months of construction and a postponement due to weather, AdAmAn Alley — a creative placemaking project to entertain, educate, and inspire people through the lens of America’s Mountain — opens Wednesday, Dec. 28. Sponsored by the AdAmAn Club, this collaborative project located between the Carlton and Hibbard buildings (15-17 S. Tejon St.) celebrates the 100th anniversary of AdAmAn’s first climb up Pikes Peak (Tava Kahv or Sun Mountain) to set off fireworks on New Year’s Eve.

5:15–6:30 p.m. Remarks and tours
Guests are welcome to enter through the alley to the Silver Ballroom at the Mining Exchange where they can enjoy AdAmAn Ale from Pikes Peak Brewing (must be 21+ with a valid I.D) and the club’s favorite trail snacks safe from the elements. Those brave enough to venture out can enjoy tours in the alley following the remarks.
Free, open to the public.
