Urban Living Tour

The Urban Living Tour will feature both brand new and existing multifamily properties around Downtown Colorado Springs. The tour gives the public an insider’s look at what it’s like to live in the walkable, social, connected neighborhood of Downtown.

As a self-guided tour, participants can start at any location and go at their own pace. An Urban Living Tour Guidebook will be provided at the first stop.
Pre-sale tickets ($15) available until Friday, August 16 at 4 p.m. Tickets purchased after 4 p.m. are $20. Day-of walk-up tickets ($20) are available and may be purchased at any property site through a credit card or by exact cash amount.
